Summertime is here and it’s time to relax and refresh for the new school year. It is also time to practice and review so that you can keep your skills sharp and ready. Your favorite athletes, musicians, and dancers recognize the importance of maintaining their skills even during the off season. So take a few minutes and make a plan, just a few minutes a day for a few days each week will go a long way in helping you stay ready for the new year.

The Office of Mathematics PreK-12 has identified resources to help students practice during the summer to avoid lost math skills due to summer break. The resources are organized into three categories fluency, skills practice, and books about mathematics.

Calendar to record practice.
