Preschool 3's programs are offered in select Baltimore County Public Schools. They address the cognitive, linguistic, social, emotional, and physical needs of three-year-old children. The Inside General Education 3's (IGE 3's) classes are open to children who are three-year-olds on or before September 1 and/or who meet the eligibility criteria.
Only students whose homeschool offers a Preschool program may register for the program. Parents/guardians who wish to register their child for enrollment in a Preschool 3's class should contact their home school.
