Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry

BCPS has implemented a centralized assessment process for Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry.  Students applying for Culinary Arts and/or Baking & Pastry must schedule an assessment for the program.  Students applying to Culinary Arts and/or Baking & Pastry at two or three schools only need to schedule one appointment.  The results from that assessment will be applied to each school where Culinary Arts and/or Baking & Pastry were selected on the application.

Assessment Dates:

Virtual Proctored Test:     Wednesday, December 15, 2021 @ 4-7 p.m.
                                                       Thursday, December 16, 2021 @ 4-7 p.m.

Brochure/Interview Submission Deadline:     December 17, 2021 @ 11:59 p.m.


Assessment Information:

An appointment is required.  Parents must schedule an appointment through the Online Magnet Application System no later than November 10, 2021.
