The CTE office, in collaboration with Technology Support Services (TSS), has created a program in which high school student interns can assist with technology issues in their schools.  The student-run help desk teams in each school assist with student and teacher issues as well as create informative technology materials and reflect on their experiences.

There are currently 56 interns serving in 10 BCPS high schools.  Our goal is to have a student-run help desk in each high school and eventually create a model in which high school interns assist feeder middle schools.
