Note for BCPS School Building Closures

Food service will be available at specified schools throughout the state of Maryland during the school  building closures. Details related to the availability of food services in BCPS while schools are closed are located on the BCPS Website. Be sure to visit the websites for other school systems for additional locations for food services.

The Street Card 2019 provides additional supports and resources within our community during the 2019-2020 school year for students and families experiencing homelessness.

Baltimore County Public Schools Office of Title I

The Office of Title I provides programs, resources, and services funded through the Federal Title I Part A and McKinney-Vento grants to ensure that all students have a fair, equal and significant opportunity to excel in Baltimore County Public Schools.

We serve students experiencing homelessness, students attending elementary schools with a poverty rate of 54% or higher, middle schools with a poverty rate of 64% or higher, and high schools at the federal mandatory poverty threshold of 75% or higher, as well as students attending approved institutions.
