BCPS has implemented a centralized assessment process for Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry.  Students applying for Culinary Arts and/or Baking & Pastry must attend an assessment for the program.  Students applying to Culinary Arts and/or Baking & Pastry at two or three schools only need to complete the assessment one time.  The results from that assessment will be applied to each school where Culinary Arts and/or Baking & Pastry were selected on the application.

Assessment Dates:

Tuesday, January 17, 2023
Applicants with last names A-E @ 5 p.m.
Applicants with last names F-L @ 7 p.m.

Wednesday, January 18, 2023
Applicants with last names M-R @ 5 p.m.
Applicants with last names S-Z @ 7 p.m.
(Inclement weather date: January 25, 2023)

Assessments will take place at Loch Raven Technical Academy (8101 Lasalle Rd., Towson, MD 21286)
